Registration is now open for all costume entries hoping to take part in Leeds West Indian Carnival 2018.

Whether it’s a majestic King or Queen costume, a delightful Prince or Princess, a spectacular troupe or an individual idea, every August Bank Holiday, thousands of people flock to Leeds in anticipation of the colourful creations that take to the road at the annual parade.

Contest shows to choose Carnival royalty that will lead the Carnival parade will take place as follows;

Carnival Prince & Princess Show – Sunday 19th August

Carnival King & Queen Show – Friday 24th August

The winners and all entries will join troupes and individuals at the Carnival Parade on Bank Holiday Monday 27th August.
